Hyatt Place - Secaucus

The breakfast was ok- I was missing vegetables and they kept running out of scrambled eggs but the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was big and nice but the Queen beds were very small and there was no Turnover service. The location was great - 10 min drive from the "American Dream" , 5min walk from a nice shopping center with restaurants and a Wallmart and a bus station at the back entrence that takes you straight into Manhatten. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. I do wish they had an indoor heated pool

location was good, there’s a bus stop just outside that takes you straight to New York which was fast and very easy to take. also very close to the American dream mall with lots of attractions for the kids. there is a lot of parking , friendly staff. it was clean and comfortable

breakfast is very good, room is clean and big enough for us. free parking is a plus. the staff are very friendly and accommodating. entire stay was awesome except for minor hiccup

The location was great to get to NYC and surrounding areas. The breakfast was good. Two staff members that stood out for being very friendly and helpful were Tina in the breakfast area and Melvin at the reception. They are assets to your hotel!

The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and location is very close to New York (actually 25 minutes on Bus 320 to Port Authorities) . Also, the shopping mall at Mill Creek Drive is less than 20 minutes walk from the hotel.
